Interior Shots
Interior shots are taken from my Sony A7III camera with an 11mm-18mm lens. My shooting style for these shots are by using the “flambient” method. I shoot bracket along with flash to create the best, eye-pleasing photos. All these photos are edited in Photoshop, then color corrected in Lightroom.
Exterior Shots
Exterior shots are taken from my Sony A7III camera with a 28mm-70mm lens and ND2 filter, or from my DJI Mavic Pro drone. These photos I shoot using the “bracket” method. I edit these in Photoshop, then color correct in Lightroom.
Drone Shots
Drone shots are taken on my DJI Mavic Pro drone. These shots are to show your customer the property, house, and any surrounding points of interest such as bodies of water, neighbors, pools, athletic courts, etc. I shoot these using the “bracket” method. These photos are edited in Photoshop, then color corrected in Lightroom.
Real Estate Videos
Really spice up your listing with a video! I offer 1-3 minute long cinematic videos to show off the house in its true beauty. You can also choose to do a voiceover and “interview” style video for your customers to see who will be selling to them. I shoot these videos with my Sony A7III camera on my DJI Ronin S gimbal and also aerial shots with my DJI Mavic Pro drone. You can choose to be mic’d up and have interview style video taken of you in front of the house talking about your listing. I edit these videos in Adobe Premiere Pro. All videos will be 4K resolution, you can choose between vertical video for Social Media, or horizontal video for platforms like YouTube.

Business Headshots
Business Headshots are shot in a “portable studio” with my Sony Camera, a LED light, and a Flash. You will be standing against a Green Screen. With the green screen, the options for backgrounds in your headshot are endless!
